Form builder
Edit labels, required/optional, and visibility on the inspection wizard's fields, manage its option lists, and add new custom fields.
Form builder needs a connection to fetch and save changes.
Core fields
These are the wizard's built-in fields. You can rename, require/optionalize, or hide them — the underlying field itself can't be deleted, since reports and reviews depend on it.

Option lists
Directorate/Unit, Sector, and Fisheries Protection Vessel choices shown on the wizard and registration form. Renaming is safe; removing an option only hides it from new selections — inspections that already used it are unaffected.
Custom fields
Add a brand-new field to any wizard step. Values show up in an inspection's detail view and in the detailed report / CSV export.
